This event is designed to expand yoga awareness and celebrate International Yoga Day by bringing together yogis, instructors, authors, and enthusiasts for a day of practice, learning, and connection.
​
The day will focus on showcasing yoga accessibility for all, including caregivers, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to create an inclusive space where all participants, regardless of their background or abilities, can experience the benefits of yoga. ​​​​​​​​

Signature Masterclass with Denese Cavanaugh, Founder of the IPATH® Method

Join us to experience how therapeutic yoga can transform pain into peace and become an empowering part of your wellness routine. With the help of cozy props like blankets, bolsters, cushions, and blocks, we’ll guide participants through restorative postures and yin-inspired stretches designed to relieve tension, reduce inflammation, and promote mobility. You'll learn specific breathwork techniques and mindful movement practices that encourage relaxation, alignment, and a deeper connection to your body.

Denese Cavanaugh, E-RYT 500, CPT, YACEP, Yoga Therapist, and Educator, is the founder of The IPATH® Method (Integral Postural Alignment Techniques), a therapeutic yoga approach designed to relieve back pain and improve posture. With over two decades of experience, Denese blends her expertise as a healthcare professional, educator, and advanced yoga teacher to offer accessible, alignment-based practices. Based in Washington, D.C., she leads teacher trainings, workshops, and international programs, empowering students to build strength, awareness, and balance through yoga and mindful movement.
